Kyle Barrett

A lifelong journey lead me to this point. I was artistic from a very young age and I always enjoyed sketching or making cartoons. I excelled in art class during school and my design roots go back to 1999 in Junior High where I would dabble in photoshop and create websites from scratch. I am mostly self-taught in web design and it wasn't until I attended CompuCollege in 2005 where I got my certificate in Graphic Design and Web Development.

By a point in 2006 I had learned and taught myself many new skills and so I decided to start developing for small companies and non-profits. From this moment forward I would enjoy a career of freelance work and working with other companies along the way to gain more experience.

I worked in graphic design, print production, direct mail creating anything from flyer's to billboards. These new skills tied all my previous experience together and I could easily tackle any challenge that came my way. Previous to my initial story I then gained further experience in fabrication, machining, logistics, management, installations and training.

In 2011 I registered my company after I had enough experience under my hat and began doing contract work for clients and helping them meet their needs. I continued working along with other companies during this time but knew I would eventually have to focus on my own passion. Fast forward to 2014 and I began to understand that if I were to become fully independent I would require alot of my own equipment and machinery. I started by purchasing my beautiful home in Hubbards Nova Scotia where I would have room to expand and grow my business.

After renos and repairs were complete on the shop I received a business loan which allowed me to purchase my printer. From there it snowballed; as I now was able to offer something new to my customers that would help them grow there businesses. I starting printing hockey banners, posters, wall and window graphics, canvas prints, and backlits just to name a few. Then I got into vinyl work doing vehicle wrapping, lettering, wall murals, stickers, helmet decals, window films and the list goes on.

I am now trained in Graphic Design, Web Development, Print Production, Vinyl Work, CNC Machining, Safety Training, and Project Management. You can drop me a line anytime. I look forward to hearing from you. In 2018 I went live so everyone can come check out what we are all about.
